2008 NFL Draft

The 2008 NFL Draft is coming up in April, so we are going to look at the top picks and how they are rated for this draft.

1. Darren Mcfadden, RB, Arkansas - Mcfadden is the most talented player in the draft, but with the Dolphins picking first they most likely will not select him because of there current situation at Running back.

2. Matt Ryan, QB, Boston College - Ryan is a tall strong Armed Quarterback that has the skills to be a Franchise Quarterback in the NFL. Look for him to be selected in the top 5 picks depending on team needs.

3. Andre Woodson, QB, Kentucky - I think Woodson will be a good NFL Quarterback, Although some say he does not quite have a strong enough arm to be a top 5 pick. I still think he is worthy of this high of a rating the way he led his team this year. We will see how he rates out when he has his pro day or if he works out at the combine.

4. Glen Dorsey, QB, LSU - Dorsey is the Top Defensive player on the board and could very well be the top player taken in the 2008 NFL DRAFT, since the Miami Dolphins have locked up and they could take just about anyone. In my opinion they would be better off taking Jake Long to block for John Beck and Ronnie Brown next year.

5. Jake Long, OL, Michigan - Long leads this years Offensive Line Class and will be a strong starter in the NFL for years to come. Like I said above, If I were picking for the Dolphins I would try to work on the O-Line but most likely with them picking defense Long will probably end up in New York with the Jets..
